Freekeh with Quail

Ingredients:
  • Lemon slices
  • 1 Tablespoon tomato sauce
  • 8 Half-quail pieces garnished with white oil, salt, garlic, vinegar
Instructions:
  • Heat quail and oil.
  • Add onions and stir until soft.
  • Add freekeh, and stir over a low heat for five minutes.

Instructions:
  • Add oil to pan.

Saudi Quail Kabsa

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup Basmati rice
  • 1 tablespoon kabsa spices
  • 1 tablespoon kabsa spices
Instructions:
  • Heat oil and quail in cooker.
  • Add dried lemon, cardamom, and cloves. Stir and add carrots, and keep stirring. Add raisins, turmeric, spices, chicken broth, water, and salt.

Quail Avocado Salad

Ingredients:
  • 10 Sliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Peeled, sliced avocado
  • 10 Quail eggs (boiled, peeled, sliced)
Instructions:
  • Add all ingredients (except quail eggs and avocado) in a bowl and mix.
  • Pour out the mixture and add avocado and quail eggs.

Broasted Quail

Ingredients:
  • 6 cut quail
  • Black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
Instructions:
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Soak quail (after washing) in mixture for six hours.
  • Drain quail and cover in flour.

Crispy Quail

Ingredients:
  • ½ Cup vegetable oil
  • 3 Tablespoons mustard
  • ½ Cup soya sauce
Instructions:
  • Mix garlic, ginger, soya, mustard, oil, sesame oil, and white pepper until cohesion is achieved.
  • Soak quail in about half the mixture prepared.

Grilled Quail and Vegetables

Ingredients:
  • 2 Sliced green and red pepper
  • 2 Sliced eggplant
  • 2 Sliced zucchini
Instructions:
  • Mix half the garlic, lemon slices, salt, pepper, and vinegar with half the olive oil.
  • Soak the quail in the mixture.
  • Mix remaining olive oil with salt, pepper, basil, rosemary, and rest of the garlic

Ingredients:
  • 6 Pieces of poached, skinless, boneless quail
  • 1 Large cup peas
  • 1 Large cup cubed carrots
Instructions:
  • Heat butter.
  • Add onions, and keep until soft.
  • Add carrots and stir.

Ingredients:

Instructions:
  • Cut the quail into cubes.
  • Mix dressing and then soak quail in it for two hours.
  • Add to 180 degree pre-heated oven for 15 minutes.

Egyptian-Style Stuffed Quail

Ingredients:
  • 1 Teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 Diced potatoes
Instructions:
  • Mix rice, pepper, onion, parsley, coriander, tomatoes, half the garlic, tomato sauce, and cumin; half the black pepper, half the sauce, half the oil, and mix.

Teppanyaki Quail

Ingredients:
  • 2 Cup sweet and sour sauce
  • 30g Starch
  • 2 Eggs
Instructions:
  • Spice-up the quail with white pepper and starch
  • Then carefully meld it with eggs.
  • Fry until it’s golden.

Quail Pasta with Vegetables

Ingredients:
  • Black pepper
  • 100g Dried tomatoes
  • 5 Asparagus
Instructions:
  • Heat olive oil.
  • Add garlic, peas, and asparagus
  • Followed by dried tomatoes, boiled pasta, salt, and pepper.

Quail Egg Appetizer

Ingredients:
  • 8 Poached quail eggs
  • Pita bread
Instructions:
  • Slice the quail eggs in half.
  • Place them and the sauce on top of the pita bread.
  • Add dried tomatoes and za’atar leaves.
