Quail Avocado Salad
- 10 Sliced cherry tomatoes
- 1 Peeled, sliced avocado
- 10 Quail eggs (boiled, peeled, sliced)
- Mixed, sliced leaf vegetables
- Boiled, sliced green beans
- 1 Cubed cucumber
- Add all ingredients (except quail eggs and avocado) in a bowl and mix.
- Pour out the mixture and add avocado and quail eggs.
- Add the vinaigrette (mustard, vinegar, and olive oil mixture) on top.
- Ready to serve.
You can also serve using Guacamole Sauce (mashed acavado with lemon juice).
